incoporationg respiration_math.js into the main file so that it can be served from a local file system. Also, more accuratly renamed server.js to serialserver.js

significant change to usage by adding command-loine arges, but in particular now supports UDP packet reporting

Added simple API, eg. localhost:5000/api/set?rr=4 to set the respiratory rate. Sends to Uno over serial port.

vent control panel is added using jQuery. Succesfully sends request/response to Arduino via Flask server

Removed Flask and used python3 -m http.server to not break previous file structure. Added basic show/hide controls feature.
