instance management script and fixes

Rodrigo Gallardo requested to merge instance-mgmt into master

Added the instance mgmt script to list the status of the scenario instances and start/stop/destroy individual instances. Modifications to the cyris.py interface to access the new functionalities. Fix the enumeration of the instances ids.
