Working version. Next version will use a new irp_image structure with header and buffers.

Major renaming of files to enable easy compilation using implicit rules and GNU Make, so that I can compile in platforms where CMake is not present, such as the FING cluster.

Version 1.0 using my own matrix-vector implementation. Moving to GSL from now on and creating a new class irp_image more suited for storing pixels.
